Your digital booklet

Written in the Stars offers personalised birthday cards and booklets. All prices are in Australian dollars. The Birthday Stars booklet is A$9.95 (four A5 reading pages); the Detailed Birth Chart booklet is A$16.95 (eight A5 reading pages). Each order includes two PDFs of the same booklet: an EMAIL & SCREEN version and a PRINT AT HOME version. Printing, paper and postage are not included. Nothing is posted.

We email the PDFs after payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes, to the address you enter on the booklet form, or your checkout email if you leave it blank. Please check spam and promotions if they don't arrive. For help, contact hello@aurelleinstitute.com.

The basic print PDF has two A4 pages (one sheet, printed on both sides). The detailed print PDF has four A4 pages (two sheets, printed on both sides). Use actual size / 100%, double-sided, flip on short edge. For the detailed booklet, nest the second sheet inside the first, then fold to A5. A print shop's charges are separate.

Astrology is offered for reflection and inspiration. Readings are generated from the birth details supplied, using AI-assisted wording when available and chart-based template wording otherwise. They are not guarantees of future events or a substitute for professional advice.

Refunds and corrections

Because each PDF is personalised, we don't offer change-of-mind refunds after it has been created and sent. Please check the name, birth details, message and delivery email before paying.

If the file is faulty, doesn't arrive, or differs from your order, contact us with your order email and payment reference so we can assess and resolve the problem. This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a repair, replacement or refund. If you entered details incorrectly, contact us promptly and we'll discuss what can be corrected.

Gift vouchers

A Written in the Stars gift voucher is worth the amount paid for it (A$9.95 for a Birthday Stars voucher, A$16.95 for a Detailed Birth Chart voucher) and is emailed straight away as a printable PDF with a one-use code. The Year Ahead Gift Set (A$27) is a Detailed Birth Chart voucher plus the 10 Day Manifestation Guide, which is sent with the voucher. It is valid for three years from the date of purchase; the expiry date is printed on the voucher.

The code can be used once, towards one Written in the Stars booklet on this shop. If the booklet costs more than the voucher, the difference is paid at checkout. Any unused value is not refunded or carried over, and vouchers can't be exchanged for cash. Keep the code safe: anyone with the code can use it. If a voucher is lost or doesn't arrive, email us with your order email and we'll help.

How your details are used

We use the name, birth date, time, birthplace or birthday location (when provided), message, sign-off and email addresses to calculate the chart, produce and deliver the booklet, provide support and manage the order. Only provide someone else's details with their permission.

The shop is hosted on Netlify. Stripe processes payment and stores the booklet details as order metadata; card details are entered directly into Stripe checkout. When AI wording is enabled, the first name and calculated chart facts are sent to Anthropic to generate the reading. Resend sends the order emails and PDFs. These providers may process data overseas under their own privacy terms.

Aurelle Institute receives a copy of each booklet at its shop email address for order support. The original PDFs are also saved privately on Netlify so Aurelle can provide exact reprints through its protected Owner area. Order information remains in the payment and email systems; this shop does not automatically delete it after delivery. The form also temporarily saves your booklet details in your browser's session storage when you go to checkout, so you can return after cancelling. It clears that saved form on the confirmation page.

If you choose to use My people, we save the names, birth details, usual greeting and sign-off you enter in a private address book on Netlify, accessible after signing in to your email account. Only save another person’s details with their permission. Saved details do not automatically place an order or charge you each year. You can edit people or remove them from your address book. Removed entries remain recoverable for support; contact us for permanent deletion.

If you tick Remind me before their next birthday, we save the birthday person's name and birthday to a private address book linked to your checkout email, so we can email you before their next birthday with a link to make a new booklet. You can switch reminders off from any reminder email, or ask us to. A gift voucher stores the names and message you enter, and the recipient's email if you ask us to send it to them.

To understand how the shop is used and fix problems, we may use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics. They record pages visited, clicks and the device and browser used; what you type into the booklet form is masked. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker without affecting your order.

The booklet form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. To ask about access, correction or deletion of order information, contact hello@aurelleinstitute.com. Some payment records may need to be retained.
