Questions

How are the readings written?

We start with real astronomy. From the birth details you give, we calculate where the Sun, Moon, Jupiter and Saturn were and where they move over the coming year. The Detailed booklet adds their rising sign, houses and a solar return chart for the birthday. An AI writing assistant (Claude) then turns those chart facts into warm, plain-English wording in our house style, and if it isn't available we use our own chart-based wording. Astrology is offered for reflection and inspiration. It isn't a prediction or a substitute for professional advice.

How quickly will it arrive?

Usually within a few minutes of paying. Check spam and promotions if you can't see it. If it still hasn't arrived, email hello@aurelleinstitute.com.

What exactly do I get? Is anything posted?

Two PDFs of the same booklet. The email & screen version has the pages in order, ready to forward or read on a phone. The print at home version prints double-sided on A4 and folds into an A5 booklet. Light card gives the nicest result, at home or at Officeworks. Nothing is posted.

What if I don't know their birth time or year?

The Birthday Stars Booklet only needs their day and month of birth. The Detailed Birth Chart Booklet needs their year and town of birth. If the time is unknown we use midday, and the rising sign and houses become estimates.

Can I give one before I know their details?

Yes. A gift voucher is emailed straight away as a printable A5 voucher. They choose their own cover and add their birth details when they redeem it.

What happens to their details?

We use them only to make and deliver the booklet, and to send a birthday reminder if you tick the box. Please only enter someone else's details with their permission. Read the privacy note and refund policy.
